Does the price include delivery and pickup?
Yes! All delivery and pickup is included. An additional fuel surcharge may apply for areas farther out. See Service Area page for more details.
Do you deliver to other cities?
Yes! We deliver to anywhere within 40 miles of driving distance from our yard in DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32433, United States although some locations will have a fuel surcharge added.
What payments do you take?
We accept credit or debit cards, cash, or ACH and the payment must be made before the dumpster is delivered. Cards will be securely held on file to be used for any additional fees such as those incurred for extra days or weight overage. All credit card data is secured by our credit card processor and not visible to anyone accessing our system.
If you are a contractor and you are established with our company and in good standing we are willing to discuss NET30 terms. We are a small company so the acceptance of NET30 accounts will be made on a case by case and will depend on whether or not we have the operating funds to support an additional NET30 account.
What if we need to cancel?
We permit cancellation up to the day the dumpster is scheduled to be delivered but a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. This is to recoup the fees we incurred and the time spent booking your order. If you wish to cancel on the day the dumpster is scheduled to be delivered a refund will not be issued but rather a raincheck will be issued to your account for the full amount charged minus the $50 cancellation fee. If the driver has already left the yard with your dumpster there will be no refunds or rainchecks issued whether the dumpster is received or not.
Am I responsible for damage to the dumpster?
Yes. You are responsible for the dumpster while it is in your possession. All damages, even if they were caused by someone else or by an "act of God" are the responsibility of the renter.
