Does the price include delivery and pickup?
Yes! Delivery and pickup are included in your quoted rental price. Pricing varies based on dumpster size, rental duration, and service area. We use territory based pricing so transportation costs for your location are already built into the price you receive before booking. We will not surprise you with a separate fuel surcharge.
Do you deliver to other cities?
Yes! Double O & Co Dumpster Rentals serves communities throughout Walton County, Okaloosa County, Holmes County, and surrounding areas. We regularly deliver to DeFuniak Springs, Freeport, Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar Beach, Destin, Niceville, Crestview, and other nearby communities. Pricing varies by location, but the price we quote is the price you can expect for delivery to your area. We do not tack on separate fuel surcharges.
What payments do you take?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, checks, ACH, and Zelle. Payment is due at or before delivery unless a different payment arrangement has been approved in advance. A 3.5% processing fee applies to card payments.
For card payments, a card may be securely kept on file for any additional charges that apply under the rental agreement or any other payment terms agreed to with the customer, such as extra rental days or other applicable charges. Payment information is securely handled by our payment processor and is not visible to our team.
Established contractors and commercial customers in good standing may qualify for invoicing terms. We prefer NET 15, but NET 30 may be available depending on the account and payment history.
What if we need to cancel?
We understand that plans can change. If you cancel before your scheduled delivery day, we will refund your payment minus a $50 cancellation fee to cover processing costs and the time involved in preparing your order.
If you cancel on your scheduled delivery day, we will issue a raincheck for the amount paid minus the $50 cancellation fee.
Once our driver has left the yard with your dumpster, the order is considered dispatched and no refund or raincheck will be issued, even if the dumpster is ultimately not accepted at the delivery location.
Am I responsible for damage to the dumpster?
Yes. While the dumpster is at your property or jobsite, you are responsible for protecting it from damage, misuse, unauthorized movement, and prohibited materials. Damage that occurs during the rental period may result in additional charges in accordance with your rental agreement or other agreed terms.
